Client intake data and reports are retained for 6 years from the date of delivery, in line with standard business record-keeping requirements.
Payment is due in full before the report is produced. Reports are delivered by email as a PDF within the stated timeframe (48 hours for standard, 72 hours for Deep Review) from the time the client submits their completed intake form — not from the time of payment.
If AssetEye is unable to produce a report due to insufficient information provided by the client, Andy will contact the client to request the missing information. The delivery clock pauses until the information is received.
Due to the bespoke nature of the service, AssetEye reports are non-refundable once the intake form has been submitted and work has commenced. If the client cancels before submitting their intake form, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
If a client has submitted an intake form but has not yet received their report, and requests a cancellation, a 50% refund may be issued at Andy's discretion.
If a report is delayed beyond the stated delivery timeframe by more than 24 hours, the client may request a partial refund or repeat assessment at no charge.
AssetEye reports are produced for the personal use of the client. They may be shared with the client's solicitor, mortgage broker, or investor as part of due diligence. They may not be re-sold, redistributed commercially, or passed off as the work of any party other than AssetEye Operations Ltd.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
